August's PlayStation Plus Lineup Will Be Announced Soon

Well, ever since Rocket League came into my life I don't care about any future updates anymore.... One game to rule em all!

You know what game I think they should give away for free? Ultra SFIV! SF is a "PS4" brand now and what better way to build up an existing userbase for SFV than with USFIV? The latest installment hasn't been very popular yet and with the beta not quite going as planned I believe it's the perfect time to polish up the public image of SF (on the PS4).

Plus has been a disaster for me this year. I either always have the game or I have no interest in the games available.

Bloody @get2sammyb has got my hopes up for Astebreed, even though there's no chance. Extreme and totally avoidable disappointment incoming.

Bedlam or Galak Z would make my day. Hope you're wrong about that castle game thing. Looks godawful, like that shogun one a whole back. Who the hell wants these things?

There's nothing that I can think of wanting on the PS4 at the moment. Maybe SFIV, like mentioned by someone earlier.

PS3 is a different story. I would like to see Assassin's Creed Rogue, Metal Gear Rising, or Batman Origins. Games I've wanted to play, but never got around to picking them up. But knowing Sony, they'll just give us the same exact games for both PS3, PS4, and PS Vita as cross buys, so you're actually only getting 2 games that you can play on all platforms.

I wouldn't mind that castle game, not usually into indies but it might be fun and I'll never buy it so I hope thats in. Black flag would be awesome and Borderlands for vita(I know that won't happen).

Hmm, Xbox is giving away MGS Ground Zeroes with Games with Gold in August, makes a lot of sense. I don't think both freebies were ever the same, but I believe next month they could be. Either way it's good to see MS pushing that service a bit, so Sony isn't going to lean back.

Sony has created some insane expectations with PSplus which can't be lived up to, but with Rocket League fresh on the top of our minds and a heavy hitter like SF or MGS for August and I think people will be just as happy with Plus as they were 2,5 years ago. Remember those days? Every month you would just go around and tell everyone about the incredible offerings of Plus; heck, there were actually times that I told my mum about it...32 y.o. me

Ground Zeroes was on PS+ in June. So it won't be that for sure.

yeah, personally I want to see something very big and flashy..that I myself would play, as I know I wouldn't play Street Fighter hardly at all.

Hopefully something that really captures me.
I buy all the games Im interested in, so the plus stuff tends to just pass me buy with a couple of exceptions.
Submerged might be cool, but Id just love to see something DmC like on there.

Also, I think I might be the only one not hotly anticipating Horizon.
I think its because its a female lead and its an RPG, and Im a bloke, and just cant put my mind in a female character in a Role Play.

I would like BroForce to be released soon and on PS+. I just want to play it because a South African developer made it.

Wanna give a big shout out to the numerous offers for helping me get the friends play online together trophy for rocket league. It can be at times one of the more difficult trophies to get for certain games in the fact that many of my real life friends don't have the same game and or be on at the same time. Castle crashers on ps3 would be nice how about some nice psp games as freebies on ps vita?! I thank Sony for rogue legacy ... not the sort of game I buy but after giving it a go last week I've been hooked daily. can't stop yapping about it to mates and hope they buy it too

I'm kinda hoping for Ultra Street Fighter 4. Giving that away might get me into the series and get me pumped for 5, haha.

Ultra street fighter is well worth it's asking price. I would like second son or the order for next month ps+. For vita I've being wanting to buy Terraria but I feel like it's going to be offered soon or go on sale again.

I seem to be in the minority here, but I've been more than satisfied with the Plus offering's as of late, there's been a game each month I've enjoyed since like October, I've certainly got my moneys worth and I would be more than happy if Sony just continued what they were doing, but better would always be nice.

@Johnnycide I really enjoyed that Shogun game...I'm not generally a fan of all these indie games with gameboy advance level graphics and 80s gameplay that we keep getting chucked for free each month but rocket league and skulls of the shogun were a breath of fresh air to me. Better than the usual crap!
