Never played this. Got it on sale for PS4 for cheap, so I’m definitely going to spring for the remaster before playing.
@MasterChiefWiggum same
This is for me by far the best game I played on PS5 (my opinion of course). I don't think I will do a reply though
I would give anything to play both of these games over for the first time. The feeling I get when I think about when I played them is something special. These are the games that I never want to stop being produced. They could make a million of them and I would play them all. Same with Spiderman, Ghost of Tsushima, Uncharted and God of War to name a few. The best types of games...
@NarutosBiggestFan PlayStation first party games really hit differently.
@NarutosBiggestFan
Totally agree the first play through of these games is so amazing, but I never go back, only once I did with Uncharted 4 on PS5.
We need more of these games but they do take a while to produce, especially nowadays.
I would also add the horizon series as well.
I'm glad you can upgrade for cheap. I could have seen them just charging full price regardless.
@OldGamer999 I have both of the Horizon games, but for some reason the story and voice acting is boring to me and i can't get myself to finish the first one at all. I dont like the amount of stuff you collect that just sits in my inventory and it takes too long to level up before i can unlock a new skill or whatever.

I finished both and the dlc, I enjoy exploring I think that is what gets me with the horizon series.
But I have no idea when the next PS5 big AAA campaign single player game from Sony studios is due. I fear it may well be a while off yet, probably 2025.
I saw Rat King in No Return and instantly want to play it less because he still terrifies me.
I'll be skipping this one. DLC looks meaty enough for the $10 upgrade fee, but it's not something I am particularly interested in.
The Performance Boost given to the base game when running on PS5 is more than sufficient if I ever want to return to the game again.
I watched the DF video showing the scant visual improvements (really just the foliage)
I love the gameplay but mostly hate the story
No Return is just going to feel like "No Factions "
So I'll save my $10 and put it towards Helldivers.
