As you'll know doubt have seen, the PS5 Pro is official after months of rumours and speculation. Not only do we have information about the souped-up console's enhanced hardware and its price, but Sony has done us the good grace of showing us what the thing looks like. It teased the PS5 Pro's design a few days ago, and now we have a better look at the new machine.

As you can see, the PS5 Pro's design resembles that of the base PS5 very closely. The main body of the console is black and surrounded by white covers, but the Pro bears a few diagonal black lines down either side. It looks pretty sleek, with the lines quite clearly differentiating it from the regular console. It also appears to be slightly larger in size, which we guess makes sense.

The pictures from Sony show the PS5 Pro standing horizontally and vertically. To us, it looks like its design is intended to be displayed vertically, though you'll have to fork out for a vertical stand if you want it in that orientation. Oh, and it's also worth noting the console is compatible with the detachable disc drive; the PS5 Pro won't come with one, so you'll have to buy one separately.
