At Least It's Another Logo For Sony To Slap On Its Boxart, Eh?

A hardware bundle packshot — featuring a 320GB PS3 and copy of Resistance 3 — advertises something called the "PSN Pass", which sounds a lot like a one-time use code designed to unlock the packaged game's multiplayer features.

Sony's used the Online Pass system on PSP games, so it's certainly not unprecedented for the platform holder. There's been no confirmation from Sony yet though, so we'll have to wait and see. Personally, we don't find the idea all that offensive, but we presume plenty of folks will have a good moan about this.
