Most Anticipated PS5 Game 2025

If you didn't already know, our Game of the Year coverage is underway behind the scenes here at Push Square. We're busy writing up our own personal articles, and we're putting the finishing touches on our staff and community voted awards.

But we need your help deciding a different award — an award that looks into the future, rather than the past. We are, of course, talking about the most anticipated PS5 games of 2025.

Looking ahead to next year, the early months are already stacked. You've got the likes of Monster Hunter Wilds, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Assassin's Creed Shadows, and Trails through Daybreak 2 all releasing within about three weeks of each other.

Meanwhile, some very heavy hitters loom on the horizon. Ghost of Yotei, Elden Ring: Nightreign, Borderlands 4, DOOM: The Dark Ages, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, and a little game called Grand Theft Auto 6 will all be locking in dates sooner or later.

Now that we've whet your appetite, we want to know which PS5 games you're most looking forward to in 2025.
