Topic: How does ingame money work in Gran Turismo 6

With the recent release date announcement of GT Sport and the premium boxsets I'm intrigued to know how in game cash works in GT6 as there's a bundle with £1million in game money - what does that equate too? I missed GT 5 and 6.

@themcnoisy: It was totally optional. You made more than enough money by just playing the game, and the microtransactions were more for people who just wanted to unlock the best stuff without putting in much playtime.

It also helped that there was a bug at launch that would give you 20m credits which I totally did not use

Jesus, gone are the day's when people that used glitch's/bug's were spat on and swore at, modern gaming sucks sometime's. Now people have the gall to show off about it even be proud of it, we need more dev's to take Blizzard's approach and smash people with a banhammer SP or MP as cheating in SP inevitably leak's into MP.

@xMEADx: I was more concerned with the nerfing (using this word everyday it seems) progression to force players into paying real world cash. I dont like cheating to win games, but in gt due to the huuuuge amount of cars and customisation an exploit here or there can be useful. To be fair I posed the question.

@get2sammyb: I am chilled it doesnt suprise me is all i'm saying, it's accepted now, I just don't like it lol no hard feeling's intended. Same with micro transaction's, they were non existent years ago and just as frowned upon as bug's and glitch's, look where we are now with them they even exist in full price game's, if people had stuck to their gun's and not been so acceptant (not even sure if that's a word ) we might not of found ourselve's in this mess.

@xMEADx: I agree, that's the main point of the article. I loath Microtransactions. I'm refusing to ever buy another one. If that means I miss out on games so be it.

What new features have been added since Gran Turismo 4?
