Topic: Detroit: become human help (Possible Spoilers)

Hey, so I'm currently playing Detroit become human and I've just finished the chapter 'stormy night'. The outcome from my choices and actions was that Alice shot Todd and she then escaped with Kara on the bus. Upon searching the other alternative outcomes however, I see that one possibility is Todd kills both Kara and Alice. How is this possible so early in the game? Would this outcome mean no more chapters with Kara and Alice? I'm confused!

First thing is yeah, can you please add a spoiler tag to this as some readers might not want to know some of the info you've posted there.

Secondly, my advice would be to not worry too much about different outcomes right now and simply just play through the game enjoying each chapter as they come. If you get a "bad" outcome for any particular scene, just embrace it as if it were a TV show or a movie. Some of my favourite moments in the game were not fun for the characters themselves, but it made for some great drama and really had me gripped.

Finally, as for the question itself:

Yes, Kara and Alice can both die in 'Stormy Night', and the rest of the game will continue without their chapters/stories. This results in a much shorter story overall and I personally think people that had that outcome on their first playthrough will enjoy the game less because they'll miss out on some of the game's better scenes, but again each playthrough is kind of unique to each player and that's a really cool aspect of the game, regardless of what happens.
