Topic: Expired game codes

Hi there. It is virtually impossible to contact anyone at Playstation, so I came here hoping to get some answers.

I was gifted a Playstation 4 1TB Bundle (Last of Us, God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn).

However, I noticed on the box it says the vouchers for the games must be used by March 30, 2020.

Is it possible to extend that somehow? What should I do?

PS phone support no longer exists and their chat feature says:

"We are unable to process your Chat request at this time. Due to staff availability, customers will experience disruptions in their ability to contact PlayStation Support. Please reference our ever expanding knowledge base at http://support.playstation.com for self-help assistance.Thank you for your patience as we adapt our support to accommodate these challenging times."

I doubt they will do anything even if they were around as the Codes do have an experation date on it's clearly passed it. Still you will have to wait till the quarantine is over to contact Sony. No one here can help you as this site is not affiliated with Sony.

As for now pick up some other games and enjoy them for the time being.

@playstationfan12 jus try and use the codes if you have them all in your possession. I have had some codes that come with games expire but for some reason I've been able to redeem codes that come with consoles well after their expiry date (PSTV and Xbox one X)

@playstationfan12 Same as @ralphdibny said. I have managed to use expired codes before. I would try them. If they say they are expired when you try then I'm afraid Sony won't do much. Maybe if they were purchased new from a store you might be able to claim back from the store possibly but if it was a gift without a receipt I am not sure.
