@Wesker: Yup that's about right. The big problem is these dark arts are edging their way into all games. I'm trading destiny before my game becomes worthless in September, I have thoroughly enjoyed it, but unfortunately the time sink is not for me and I have fallen behind. I stopped playing Destiny, because I had a feeling that someone always watches me =). And because I felt myself like a laboratory hamster. They went too far with those casino mechanics and constantly changing gameplay according to players actions, forums and videos on youtube. And giving us false excuses for that. And above all they sell those very lazy DLCs for high price... It's like I am hamsters who pays scientists to experement with me. Crazy stuff...

Watch IGN interview with Deej it has loads of new info, like your light level in The Taken King is still very relevant. Year 1 Legendary weapons can still be used in certain places, & the new raid is massive it even has its own bounties & lot of other things.

But they're changing it all so this is irrelevant. Just wait and buy it cheap.

What do you mean they are changing it all? This is the latest interview with Deej aka Bungie on The Taken King, they are talking about these very change's. Like what I said above your light level is how you get stronger as a character, certain missions have a recommend light level.. Legendary weapons (Year 1) are not going to be totally useless as you'll still be able to use them in certain areas, the new raid Kings Fall is massive it even has it's own hub area with bounties & the court of Orex which is like the Iron Banner. It's that big you cannot just start it like you would with VOG, one of the new exotic weapons is nuts power wise. It's a fusion rifle that takes a place in your heavy weapons slot, & does 8000 & odd damge it looks smart too. After seeing this interview with gameplay I cannot wait for The Taken King, some of the changes are very good. Say goodbye to Thorn ruling the crucible. Say you only have one maxed out character or your new to Destiny, everyone is going to get a consumable from the tower so you reach the recommend level to start The Taken King.

Push square really needs to do a article about this because not everyone knows about The Taken King info, that interview details almost everything.

Taken King: You'll be able to buy an exotic loot booster off Xur, so the next boss you face there will be more of a chance for a exotic weapon/armour to drop.
