Tough one. Even if NX fails, I don't see them ending up like Sega. If that happens, I think they won't be making consoles and will be focusing on handhelds and mobile.

@ZeD: Tolkien - although Pratchett was a great writer when he was younger his books became worse and worse. Tolkien was also born on the same day as me if memory serves me correct.
