Here’s my pet cat Zeke taking a nap. I’ll post pictures of my other cat later when I’m feeling less lazy lol.

Murkostin the cat and Sonic the ... well ... the hedgehog

I rescued Sonic last week because he was going to die on the street.

I'm not allowed pets in my block of flats, so here are some pics of my parents cats. Misty, the white one is a stray which they took in a few years ago. He was very timid when at first at would hide at the first sight of a bloke, so we were sure he had an abusive previous owner. He is much better now and even comes up to me for strokes and cuddles

The other one is Luna and is from a litter and is proper mental. You could say she is a bit of a lunatic.

@KathyQ Ha ha how strange that both cats have the same name! Cute pics of your Luna. No problems with Misty as far as we know, apart from being spoilt rotten! My mum does out sun screen cream on his ears when it gets sunny. My mum has made them beds which fit underneath the human beds, which they love.

It is a cliche, but time really is the best healer for grief, and being close to your loved ones.

She's absolutely beautiful and I'm so sorry for your loss.

I've actually been dealing with another friend the past week having lost one of her dogs too. It's a shame all I can offer is heartfelt words over the net.

Like Johnny says she was undoubted well loved by yourself. Keep strong kidfried I know how tough losing a pet can be.

@Kidfried He was a stray a friend of ours found 6 years ago. She tried to find an owner but couldn’t and she was just about to move to Portugal herself, so we kept him. A vet estimated him to be ~3 y.o. at the time, which would make him 9-ish now. He’s a big boi.

@Kidfried I'm really sorry for your loss and know how difficult it is to lose a pet. You gave her love and happiness, and that means a lot to a rescue animal. She was very lucky to have been with you.
