I don't agree with emulating new systems, however I do enjoy emulation of legacy 16 and 8bit systems as well as Mame. If this was possible the vita would go from zero to hero - is it possible to play gens or zsnes on the platform?

It might be with a hack or a mod but since the Vita is a current gen system we are not allowed to discuss that here. Try googling it I am sure somewhere out there you will find the answer.
