Topic: 5 game multipacks and the title

I used to love game collections on one cartridge or in one box, such as mega games on the mega drive or 10 in 1 packs on the 8 bit computers. What 5 games would you like to see in a pack and what would you call it?

I only had what I believe was probably the most popular, the one with Streets of Rage, Golden Axe etc. but you're right that was great.

Mine would be the golden age pack and would include FF7, Resi 1, Command and Conquer Red Alert, Metal Gear Solid and Track and Field. That's some gaming right there!

I have a few of those collections myself on various systems.

Gamecube: Midway Arcade Treasures 1, Mega Man Anniversary Collection

PS2: Capcom Collection 1 & 2, Fatal Fury Collection and Street Fighter Collection

PC: Starwars PC Greatest Hits

@Tasuki I still have a Capcom collection for the xbox with final fight and 1942 on it.

Funnily after writing the above post a kickstarter from the same people who wrote the sensible software history analogy is looking for backers for a bitmap brothers history. Mental.

I got the Mega Drive one they did, pretty good.

The Sega Mega Drive Collection for PS3 is pretty good. I would love it if they did another one with more games for the PS4. I'd also like to see a PC Engine compilation, which should include:

Castlevania Rondo of Blood
Bonk's Adventure
Bomberman
Adventure Island
R Type

Bomberman would be great again, they should just strip it right back to the basic grid, and the only items being speed, bombs, firepower, a couple of kicks and a couple of punches. It went off track by introducing animals and crazy courses and a ton of items. Bonks adventure - that game sounds like an 18plus. @kyleforrester87 I love these types of books as well and I really should back them myself, unfortunately after backing a few games (only 2 of the 5 are released, 1 fell through and the others are so slow its a joke (backed sc at the lowest denominator ages ago) so I dont like kickstarter.

Ah, yes - it was slow, about a year actually, but they'd already done the first book so I knew they were good for it and they'd almost hit their target when I did. I havnt backed any others.
