How to Get the Levitate Ability in Control

This ability is earned as part of the main story - during mission 6 to be precise. Once Salvador has been defeated in a fight, interact with the Object of Power in the back of the room. Use Levitate to complete the Astral Plane challenge and the ability is yours.
