Having found Leah Stein in Riverfield Jewelry, approach her and talk to her. At first, she'll attack Frank and complain about her baby Grace. Frank pushes her to the ground and you'll need to keep talking to her until she eventually agrees to join you. Because of the injury to her right leg, you need to carry her back to the Security Room. Cut through the Food Court to reach Leisure Park, then head back inside via Paradise Plaza to reach safety in the Security Room.
