There's a girl in the CD shop in Paradise Plaza. She looks exhausted. I don't know what happened, but that chick's definitely in trouble. — Otis

A Woman in Despair is the last Scoop in the game, and it's also tied to saving the last remaining Survivor in the mall. However, in order to complete it, you'll need to have been following along with and completing the main Cases. You'll find Simone in Players in Paradise Plaza, and the only way to convince her to join you is if Isabela is currently in the Security Room. Having her there is tied to main Case progress. If she's not there, Simone won't join you and you can complete the Scoop. Since you're already in Paradise Plaza, the trip back to the Security Room will be short and sweet.
