Before approaching Lovely Fashion House in Wonderland Plaza, we suggest stocking up on healing items and powerful melee weapons and guns. This is because you're going to fight a Psychopath. When you get there, you'll find multiple female Survivors all tied up and a cutscene will introduce the encounter. For more information and guidance, refer to our How to Beat Jo the Cop guide. After beating her, you'll obtain the Handcuff Key and can rescue the Survivors. You can also take Jo's Stun Gun, and getting the 4 Survivors back will be easiest using the shortcut from Wonderland Plaza to Paradise Plaza.
