This Scoop begins at the same time as Mark of the Sniper, which puts a Psychopath fight in the middle of the Entrance Plaza. As such, it's best to complete that first and then return to this guide. Once it's over, you'll be able to combine this Scoop with the Survivor from Mark of the Sniper and two others in The Woman Who Didn't Make It. When the 3 snipers are dead, enter Ned's Knicknackery on the second floor to find Floyd in the back corner. Keep on talking to him and he'll eventually join you, allowing you to take him back to the Security Room. Floyd can walk back on his own, but you also have the option of carrying him.
