Medicine Run is Case 2-3 of Dead Rising 1, and forces Frank to — as the title would imply — search for medicine to heal Brad following the encounter with Carlito. Now that Brad is fighting for his life after being shot during the boss fight with Carlito, Frank must rush on over to Seon's Food & Stuff in the northwestern corner of the North Plaza to find some medicinal aid. If you've completed the Scoop called Out of Control — which involved beating Adam the Clown — then the shortcut you unlocked from Paradise Plaza to Wonderland Plaza will make the journey there so much easier. In case you need a reminder, it's the hatch in the ceiling of the women's bathroom in Paradise Plaza.

Once you've used the shortcut, head into the North Plaza and Seon's Food & Stuff will be ahead of you, just beyond the scaffolding. Stock up on healing items and weapons before going inside — Ripper's Blades is right next to it — because there's a Psychopath waiting. Once inside, go to the doors between the seafood and meat counters and a cutscene will introduce Steven, who's attached knives and various garden tools to a trolley, which he'll charge at you with. Having done so, you'll earn the Pharmacy Key. Return to the doors you were about to enter before Steven showed up and enter the door at the end of the corridor to reach the pharmacy. Pick up the First Aid Kit off the floor and then you'll need to get back to the Security Room with it. Talk to Jessie in the Janitor's Room once you get there and you'll finish the Case. You should now have a small window of free time until Case 3-1 - The Professor's Past begins, so you can either complete a Scoop or work towards finding All PP Sticker Locations.
