Isabela has turned up to your midnight meeting point wounded from a bullet, so you'll need to take her back to the Security Room. She'll be placed on your back, which actually makes it easier to avoid zombies because they have a harder time attacking you. There's very limited time to complete this journey back, so get a move on rather than dilly-dallying.

As always, the shortcut from Wonderland Plaza to Paradise Plaza is the quickest and safest route back to the Security Room. Use it to make things easier for you. Once you get back, a cutscene with Brad and Jessie concludes the events of the Case. You've got a few hours to spare now until Isabela wakes up.
