After receiving the call from Otis and heading to Casual Gals in Wonderland Plaza, a cutscene will introduce the fight as you enter. Paul loves to run away from you, dropping pipe bombs behind him as you give chase. One effective way to make him stop is to shoot him with a gun — a Handgun, Submachine Gun, or Sniper Rifle all work really well. You can simply shoot his body, or alternatively, take a shot at the Molotov Cocktails he carries when one is lit. They'll explode in his hand and deal significant damage.

Since the fight takes place in Wonderland Plaza, we also suggest going in with a Small Chainsaw dropped by Adam the Clown in the roller coaster station. They respawn every time you enter the area, so you're able to stock up on them. Just like other Psychopaths, Paul will be beaten in just a few swipes of one.
