Frank's camera can take 100 pictures, so when he runs out, you'll need to visit one of the three camera shops in the mall. Luckily, there's one right next to the door to the Warehouse in Paradise Plaza — which takes you to the Security Room — so you'll be passing by it very regularly. It's called Cam's Camera. Head inside and approach the back wall where some products are displayed below a "Batteries" sign. Once there, you should get a prompt to recharge the camera batteries, allowing you to take another 100 photos.

Elsewhere in the mall, you will also find Pearly White Photos in the North Plaza and Philo's Photos in Wonderland Plaza. These two stores act the same as Cam's Camera and allow you to recharge your camera batteries via the same prompt.
