You can skip time at any location where the game also allows you to make a manual save. This means you can do it in every bathroom in the game, the couch in the Security Room, and in Carlito's hideout in the North Plaza. Once you find a place to skip time, you can press Up on the D-Pad and Frank will raise his watch. Here, you can select either a standard time skip on Square or a fast time skip on Triangle. If you choose the latter, you'll likely miss out on radio calls from Otis. We recommend the normal option to skip a few hours in time whenever you need to.
