There's a woman taking cover inside a children's clothing shop in the Entrance Plaza. Things are lookin' pretty bleak there Frank. You might wanna lend her a hand. — Otis

This Scoop begins at the same time as Mark of the Sniper, which puts a Psychopath fight in the middle of the Entrance Plaza. As such, it's best to complete that first and then return to this guide. Once it's over, you'll be able to combine this Scoop with the Survivor from Mark of the Sniper and one more in Antique Lover.

With the 3 snipers dead, enter Gramma's Kids on the first floor of the Entrance Plaza. Inside, you'll find Jolie Wu on her own. She tells you she got separated from her friend, who she thinks is in For Her on the second floor of the Entrance Plaza. Head on up there with her (you can hold Jolie's hand to make things easier) and you'll find Rachel there. The two hug and then they join you in going back to the Security Room.
