Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: Chapter 14 Walkthrough - End of the World

Chapter 14 - End of the World is the fourteenth and final Main Chapter in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and brings the second part of the Final Fantasy 7 story to a close. Following the events of Chapter 13 - Where Angels Fear to Tread, you'll pick the action up as Zack and his version of Aerith and Cloud. Head downstairs and out of Aerith's House to skip to the Sector 5 Undercity, where you can choose a gift for Aerith. It doesn't matter what you pick before the Stall Owner will give you something different anyway. Next up is a candy store; again, it doesn't matter what you choose because the lady offers you something else.

You'll then get a quick update on Zack before it's back to Cloud and Aerith, with voiceover from Sephiroth. Choose a pose for the picture, see what Zack's up to, then follow Aerith to their favourite place for a cutscene with Zack and Sephiroth to interject. It's then back to Cloud and Aerith at the Church for a lengthy cutscene. When you take back control of Cloud a while later, defeat the Whispers as you make your way through the forest, then follow her and hit the button prompts as they appear on the screen.

The game will then cut back to the rest of the party, along with the other Cloud, who are searching for Aerith. Walk through the Sleeping Forest talking to your teammates and you'll eventually stumble upon the Forgotten Capital. When you take back control, run down the Fated Path and defeat the Whispers you encounter on the way. You'll pass through the wall of Whispers in a cutscene, then you'll have control in the Planet's Sanctuary. Take the elevator down and use the Rest Stop and Shops to the side; it's your final chance to prepare.

Having prepared, approach Aerith in the centre of the Whispers and follow the button prompts. After the cutscene, you'll face off against the Jenova Lifeclinger. The boss will go through a few different transformations and change your party across the fight, swapping members in and out. After defeating the boss, Cloud and Zack face off against Sephiroth. The two characters will tackle him in the first encounter, then Cloud will have to do it alone against Sephiroth Reborn.

Begin by crippling the Body; this will allow you to climb the boss and reach a much higher platform so you can attack it directly. Having taken roughly a quarter of its health, you'll then need to fight Bahamut Arisen Whisper as Tifa, Red XIII, and Cait Sith. When it's defeated, target either the left or right wing of Sephiroth Reborn. The Bahamut Arisen Whisper will then come back, but only with half health. Defeat it again and then target the other wing to fully beat Bahamut Arisen Whisper. The action then cuts to Zack, who also must face Sephiroth Reborn.

Target its Chest, then go for the main health bar. Having removed another quarter of the health bar, it's back to Red XIII, Barret, and Yuffie who can target the boss' Core. First, though, you need to destroy the two wings with Spells. Once its health bar is fully depleted, Cloud and Aerith have one final encounter with Sephiroth. After a long series of cutscenes, you'll complete Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and the credits will roll. Congratulations!
