To begin, you need to make sure you're playing as Miles to unlock this Trophy. You can check this by swiping left on the Touch Pad, and if it says "Switch to Miles" on the FNSM App, then do so. The science trophy you're looking for is on top of a church towards the southern end of the Financial District. Here's a visual aid to help you locate it:

When you get there, approach the church entrance from the street and then Zip to Wall above the clock. Climb up to the church spire and then make your way to the other side of the tiny balcony. Here you'll find a small blue cube you can interact with — this is the science trophy. When you do, Miles will share a few words and the Trophy will unlock.
