In order to pay respects at Jefferson Davis' grave in Harlem, and unlock the Never Give Up Trophy, you need to find Jefferson Davis' grave in the Harlem cemetery, towards the north-eastern part of the district. Jefferson Davis' grave constitutes a small plaque with some flowers around it.
