You'll find the Safe in the Director's Office of Brookhaven Hospital fairly early on, but it's actually going to be one the last things you solve in the location. Once you've cracked it and got the Director's Storage Room Key, use it on the locked door opposite the save point in the Director's Office. Inside you'll find the Safe Button, and a collection of books you need to rearrange. Using the lion markings on their spines, they need to be arranged in the following fashion:

Next, return to the Safe and place the Safe Button on it. You now need to use the symbols to form the numbers you previously spotted on the Bracelets wrapped around the Hand puzzle once it was complete, which were:

• 92, 45, 71
