The Room 106 this Trophy is referring to is found at Jacks Inn in West South Vale. You'll arrive here shortly after meeting Maria for the first time in Rosewater Park. Jacks Inn will be across the way, and you can head inside Room 106. However, you can't actually unlock the Trophy now.

After leaving Brookhaven Hospital, you'll return to this area at night as part of the main story. When you do, return to Room 106 at Jacks Inn and interact with the symbol that's been revealed behind the tear in the wallpaper. Doing so unlocks the All Seems in Order Trophy.
