The Crimson Ceremony book is an item you'll only find in a New Game+ playthrough, and is required for the Rebirth Ending. At the very start of the game, right after you meet Angela in the Graveyard, head for the water's edge. Here, head right and look for the tree without any leaves on it. Just to the right of the tree will be a gravestone with an eyeball on it, and the Crimson Ceremony book leaning against it. Pick it up and it'll be added to your Key Items on the inventory screen.

Next, for the Rebirth Ending, you need the White Chrism, Obsidian Goblet, and Lost Memories Book.
