Just started AC Shadows. Ridiculous amount of games coming out
Roll on Friday 25th, Days Gone Remastered and Forza Horizon 5, that will set up the weekend nicely!
Too much! I have Days gone and Expedition 33 pre ordered already and it looks like Oblivion will be launched too! Week after I have Forza Horizon 5 coming too. Meanwhile Im looking to get further in AC Shadows, but Ive taken a 36 hour side tour of Blue Prince.
SO.......MANY.........GAMES..
Nothing for me from that list, but im hoping Oblivion comes out next week but other than that I have The Hundred Line: Last Defence Academy on the Switch.
Digital Only games do not come out, as they are transferred via digital download ONLY.
Contrary to the snark, it looks like there was a good deal of work put into Days Gone Remaster. Completely re-done lighting, shadows, and weather, pop-in eliminated, and improved texture quality.
I even haven't finished Trails Through Daybreak 2 and Atelier Yumia, started Lunar and will be playing Expedition 33 day one. SEND HELP!
And if it's true possibly Oblivion too
@JohnKarnes lmao you're not a sane person
Can't wait for Clair obscure expedition 33. Been hyped for this games since the first reveal.
I looked on the store earlier flicking through the most wanted deals and there it was…. Sex shop simulator 😩. PSstore is becoming Steam 🤬. Just remove it Sony immediately
@PlatinumMikey I thought you were kidding, then checked. I hate to say it but there needs to be some kind of age restricted filter for the store. I kind of want to buy it for science, but at the same time I don't think it should even be there.
Edit: Wow there's a Hentai one too with exactly the same store layout/assets from the same Dev, they even made a rip-off of the Card Shop Simulator.
@GirlVersusGame I’m no fuddy duddy but kids use the PS Store & I find it appalling frankly. I’ve emailed PlayStation uk directly. That needs removing. I always thought Sony were better than Steam
@PlatinumMikey I had a look through their policy and they'll probably advise you to use a parental lock on your console, those affect store ratings too. It looks like they've had an adults genre on there for years. I've only started to see them recently through the New Games for you tab on the UK Store. Maybe since Mid-February, I tend to just not look at the store that often unless I can't get a physical copy of something. People have to explore their sexuality somewhere, which makes those games harmless enough but like you said children use that store too.
I don't think Sony think about or realize that games like that can be used by the wrong types to introduce a child to something. I'm being really careful with my wording but going by experience I remember someone showing me an interactive game years ago and it wasn't appropriate/etc. My concern would be that happening with the PSN.
I've normalized a lot of those online experiences. But what's really disturbing is that I had a look at some of those PSN games in different forums and there were a lot of people saying 'normalize this', so naturally I had a look at their other posts and history. Let's just say I wouldn't want them teaching the birds and the bees to children. I'm definitely no fuddy duddy about nudity/sex in games either but I've seen the really bad side of the very very very small percentage of people who aren't there just to game. As much as I'd love children, and as much as I'd love to introduce them to some absolutely brilliant creative games I'd be constantly worried about them interacting with anyone on there. I think just like those games it's up to the parents to be hyper aware of what kind of content and channels of communication are available on consoles.
No mention for the forza 5 early access crew 😀
"50501"
For me. Expedition 33..Oblivion if the gameplay has been tweaked scaling etc for April..Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army remastered down the road..
Favorite article of the week.
The Once Upon A Puppet trailer intrigued me, so interested to see the final result
Man I'm looking forward to playing days gone again
@Keyblade-Dan well it's down for the ps5 Xbox and PC from the 21st but if a shadow drop that is likely then it may not make this list as looking like this list is just officially announced so a shadow drop may not be counted or considered only a few hours to wait hopefully.
@Dalamar Hey, at least you're nearly caught up with Kiseki, given Kai isn't even out in English yet. I'm still on chapter 3 of Trails from Zero having finished Sky 3rd last week, so a loooong way to go.
Apropos of the article, might pick up the Technos compilation some day, but nothing else really catches my eye.
@dancingstar93 it's only because I started when Zero and Ao had only fan translations.
Can't wait to play Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Never thought we'd get another new entry in the series.
@GirlVersusGame can’t agree with you more honestly. It’s a travesty that people even feel the need to create this stuff let alone sell it on a platform open to all ages and also very easily led minds!. I don’t know if you heard the recent furore about a game that’s available on Steam last week, I don’t know if it still is but it made the news on LBC and I was shocked. This game is nowhere near that level of grotesque but still just the name conjures up things I wouldn’t want children seeing. Luckily my eldest is still of an age where she wouldn’t really know what it even is but I’m sure a lot of parents (who are quite lax, and I know plenty) won’t ever bother looking at parental controls and will have kids who are of an age that’ll know exactly what it is. I’m praying this sort of content is not allowed to be sold on there for much longer.
will give expedition 33 a go as its day 1 on gamepass. im also interested in steel seed as i quite liked close to the sun
Expedition 33 for me but more looking forward to trying Marathon on the 23rd, pre-installed and ready to go.
Why would anybody buy new games anymore they are never finished at release and they cost too much rather just go to CEX and see which games are under £30 and I can't do that with digital
Maybe no one else is. But I am incredibly hyped for Amerzone. Played this when it first came out with my Dad and we could never get past the Lighthouse and actually take flight in the plane. Determined to do it now.
Everything else goes on hold once Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 releases.
@PlatinumMikey murdering fine sex bad
Man! I pre-ordered the Lumiere Edtion Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and I cannot wait to get my hands on it!
The story premise and game play both have me intrigued.
