Firmware 2.70 Adds The Ability For 16-Player Voice Chat.

70 has finally arrived (as it was rumoured to this week) and includes a host of new features. You now have the ability to create text chat parties from the XMB and invite your friends. These text chat parties can be used while in game and can include up to 16 people.

The firmware update also allows you to backup movies bought from the Playstation Store and normalize your music.
