An Artist's Impression Of The Rumoured Playstation Phone.

According to the paper, Sony will be setting up a "project team" next month that will combine a Sony Ericsson phone with, presumably, a PSP Go-style download service. In fact, it would kinda be odd if they didn't share the Playstation Store if they were serious about this.

Rumours of a Playstation Phone have been flying about for years. We can't see Sony announcing such a thing before the PSP Go releases.
