The model number of the system, CECH-2001B (as opposed to CECH-2001A for the 120GB), is listed as carrying a 250GB hard-drive.
The document is from the FCC and states that both systems were actually tested in March of this year. Sony used a fictitious company name, Sand Dollar Enterprise, to keep the system details secret, but the submitted addresses have been tracked back to Sony head quarters in California.
We guess the 250GB will be introduced as a premium SKU later in the year.
