Sony Aim To Unite Their Products With A Core Network Infrastructure.

The company have further reinforced that aim today, with further details of a united Sony Online Service.

According to a Sony presentation delivered this morning, Sony plan to use the same core infrastructure as the Playstation Store to deliver movies, music, games, video and ebooks to other Sony devices. Temporarily entitled the "Sony Online Service", the network will allow consumers to connect with a single log-in account - presumably a Playstation Network ID.

Sony hope their unified online service will strengthen brand loyalty.
