Basically the site has a list of "potential" characters that will show up in the new Project Needlemouse game. SEGA are asking trivia questions, and for every 100 the community get right, they'll remove a character from the list (meaning said character isn't in the game).

We're just praying the final list consists of Sonic and only Sonic.
