With an operating loss predicted in the 2010 fiscal year, Ubisoft are to change their strategy for 2011's business year starting April 1st. They have a line-up of "major" franchises planned, with new iterations of Driver, Ghost Recon, Prince Of Persia and, Assassin's Creed planned.

The new "episode" of Assassin's Creed will feature online multiplayer and is due within the 12 months starting from April 1st. No concrete details are known, except for Gamasutra reporting it is definitely not a DLC extension.
