Yup, RUSE Has Been Delayed Again Y'All.

A game delay is hardly a surprising thing, but in RUSE's case this is approximately the fourth time it's been pushed back. The announcement comes via the game's Facebook page, and cites "massive feedback" from the game's recent beta. They state that "this extra time will allow us to implement many of your suggestions and improve the multiplayer experience while polishing the overall game".

The game probably won't get delayed again. We don't think.
