Move can become a huge number of in-game items – not shovels or whips though, remember – but that doesn't mean Activision boss Bobby Kotick is worried it spells the end for his company's wide array of plastic gameplay enhancers.
Speaking to Edge Online, Kotick said that although Move offers some fantastic experiences it can't compete with the feeling of holding a musical instrument:
If the fantasy is to unleash your inner rock star, you need a guitar, or you need a mic, or a DJ booth.
That's all well and good, but considering the versatility of Move – it's already been a series of rackets, a flashlight and the primary means for commanding a World War Two strategy game – Activision will have a job on its hands beating Move at its own game.

somebody wasn't impressed by wii music.
Bobby Kotick only cares about money, his opinion is very low in most gamers' minds. Not to mention he has insulted tons of developers.
I agree with the Activision boss- the stuff that they make is better than the SONY WII REMO- I mean Move.
It can't replace the guitar hero guitar, because then Activision doesn't make money by selling it's own peripherals. Move along, there's nothing to see here.
*That's why I don't buy guitar hero. It was fine, I suppose, when it was just the guitar, but it costs like $200 to get the freaking band kit. Lame
