Raven Software's Singularity: Actually Really Fucking Good.

The studio behind one of this year's best shooters, Singularity, is thought to be working on the next batch of Call Of Duty DLC. Yeah, life sucks right? Activision commented that Raven is "realigning its workforce to better reflect the studio's upcoming slate".

You know what, losing jobs sucks. It sucks really hard and we feel for all the talented people who are losing work because of this. But if Raven really do end up making DLC for Black Ops — well forget Activision right? How can a studio capable enough to make a game as good as Singularity - only to have it buried by the publisher at retail - end up assigned with the "DLC job" on another team's game? It sucks. Sucks, sucks, sucks.
