Sony Warns Torne Users that Move May Cause Issues

Out in Japan, Sony's Torne video recorder attachment for PS3 has been quite a hit, shifting 500,000 units over the past six months. More advanced than the PlayTV accessory seen in the West, it's about to encounter a major snag, however: PlayStation Move.

Sony Japan has issued a statement to warn Torne users that using PlayStation Move at the same time as the unit is recording can cause issues for the PlayStation Eye camera, leading to loss of calibration and accuracy in the Move controller.

The Move controller is released in Japan tomorrow, alongside Beat Sketcher, the only game to reach the Land of the Rising Sun before the rest of the world.
