UK Charts: Dead Space 2 Tops While LittleBigPlanet 2 Holds Strong

Unsurprisingly Dead Space 2 has topped the UK sales charts this week, destroying the numbers of its predecessor by a good 70 percent

And people wonder why publishers release sequels rather than new IP.

Speaking of which, Media Molecule's LittleBigPlanet 2 continued its dally with the top of the charts, finishing this week in a respectable second position (and top of the PlayStation 3-only charts).

Elsewhere it's pretty much as you were. A bunch of Nintendo games, FIFA 11 and Call Of Duty: Black Ops all chart. Hit the jump for the top ten.
