Hot-on-the-heels of this morning's excellent (if shortlived) Battlefield 3 gameplay reveal, EA's confirmed that all Limited Edition (or first run) copies of the game will come with a digital expansion pack entitled "Back To Karkand"
The themed multiplayer expansion will include four maps from Battlefield 2, re-imagined with Frostbite 2's updated physics and destruction engine. Naturally there'll also be a bunch of trophies, weapons and unique in-game rewards up for grabs as part of the expansion.
We'd love to say something insightful, opinionated and compelling, but we don't have any experience with Battlefield 2 whatsoever. Whoops.
