The Japanese gaming bible has a four-page feature on the game, as well as an interview with Team ICO boss, Fumito Ueda.
According to the interview, Torico — the cat, rat, dog thing from the trailers — will not be able to communicate with the protagonist. The trailers show the boy feeding Torico with various food and fruit, but Ueda notes that the animal won't always accept the treats, spitting things out if he doesn't like them.
Like its predecessors, The Last Guardian will also feature a 'fake language', adding to the mystery of Ueda's intriguing world.
Details are still super scarce, but we're hoping to see more of The Last Guardian at E3. Cross your fingers folks.
