The Wii is notorious for hosting some of the most ludicrous accessories known to man — BigBen's Cyberbike is one of our favourites — but PlayStation Move isn't exempt from the plastic add-on craze.
CTA Digital, the company behind the PS3 transforming sniper rifle and Move sub machine gun, is set to release another must-have accessory: the PlayStation Move bowling ball.
Available to buy at Amazon for just $29.99, the ball itself is a plastic case that houses the Move controller, offering all the buttons you'd need, and even including two T buttons to allow left and right-handed players to hold it comfortably.
Obviously at the moment there are only two bowling games on Move — High Velocity Bowling and Brunswick Pro Bowling — so this accessory probably won't get a lot of run-outs. Still, its glowing eyeball design might be worth investigating for some kind of bizarre Hallowe'en prank.

Oh dear. No longer is your TV the only thing at risk from flying controllers!
Apart from looking stupid, I can see that slipping off of sweaty fingers and flying over shoulders, breaking things and braining people behind the player.
Absolutley useless without a bowling game that simulates REAL bowling. It's amazing to me they havent released a decent bowler. A well made and designed one that is.
Still time yet MrJimmy, Move has only been out for six or seven months. Hopefully we'll see a better take on the sport in the near future!
Wow... um-mm, all I can think is wow!
Nice shiny HDTV's beware!
Apparently it's not as heavy as it looks, which is just as well — if you thought the Sharp Shooter hurt, wait until you try this
Looks a bit like an April Fool's joke or a Saturday Night Live fake commercial.
It's funny how there are all of these peripherals out there without legitimate games for them to be used with. I actually saw a Move driving peripheral and there is absolutely no use for that at the present time.
Is that the plastic shell you put your Move into? I think I saw that, then tried to think of what games would use it... I also drew a blank. Perhaps a future ModNation or Gran Turismo?
