Kotaku reports that one fan went digging through the countdown page's source code, only to happen upon a set of new screenshots for the game with PlayStation branding. The images have since been removed, but Kotaku was quick enough to grab them ahead of time.

Interestingly, the same tipster notes that he found an .xml file within the website's source code pointing page viewers to the official PlayStation Blog once the countdown finishes. The countdown itself ends at 5PM PT, which is the exact moment Sony's set to kick off its E3 press conference. The plot thickens.
