Yes, We Want A Slice Too.

Sadly your PlayStation Plus subscription does not include a slice of the iced delicacy.

Sony reckons that since it launched the service last July it's delivered over £700 worth of content. There are a few cheeky stipulations in the way it's calculating that number, but the main take-away is that it's given out much more content than the promised £200 worth of value. We've said numerous times over the past 12-months that Plus is worth much more than its asking price.

To celebrate, Sony's offering everyone a neat little resubscription offer. Those purchasing an additional 12 months of the service can choose between a free copy of SEGA Rally Online Arcade or three complimentary months.

Sony's also running a prize-draw, with paying Plus subscribers given the opportunity to win a 46" Bravia 3DTV and a bunch of goodies. There's more details on that through here. Fingers crossed everybody!

This month's content update itself is drawing some disappointment from subscribers, but we think it looks solid enough. Free copies of Golden Axe, Supersonic Acrobatic Cars [no, we're not typing the full title! - Ed] and Legacy Of Kain: Soul Reaver seem reasonable to us.
