SCEA's foray into the world of reality TV has been a surprisingly successful endeavour, driving audiences exclusively through the PlayStation Network and promising winning contestants a job in Sony's QA department.

The Tester 3 is seriously upping the stakes though. While video game QA is a massively important component of game production, it's not the most glamorous job in the world. But The Tester 3's prize — a production job on an unannounced PlayStation 3 exclusive at Sony Santa Monica — is pretty staggering, and a huge opportunity.

If you think you've got what it takes, you can enter online. The producers will pick eleven entries, with a final place offered to the person with most votes online. The deadline's September 16th.
