Resistance 3 is definitely rolling out to stores next month — the game just went gold, and to get you even more amped-up for its release Sony has put together a brand new trailer.
Insomniac has spent the past six months tweaking and refining the game based on user feedback, and the game will in fact receive a patch on day one to incorporate some of these new features. Even though the game discs are about to be pressed, Insomniac is still working to make improvements — dedication or inability to complete the game in time? Let us know what you think below.

So i dont have knowledge... What does going gold mean??
Please patch Co-op mode
@coroum When a game "goes gold" it gets turned into a "master" copy from which all others are reproduced. It basically means the game is finished, and Sony is ready to start physically manufacturing it.
I suppose if the game basically works the way it should then it is dedication. If the game doesn't work without the patch then they didn't complete it. Regardless, patches are good.
@RipVoid
Agreed. It's hard to make everyone happy, anyway. If there's a few last minute tweeks, it would only anger people to postpone the game. A day one patch hardly affects my decision to buy games, and actually makes me more intrigued as they will probably not stop with day one.
