President of SEGA West, Mike Hayes, commented on the developer's frequent reassessment of older titles. Explaining to VG247 that SEGA "constantly review[s] the IP weve got in the locker" and pondering "how could we release those and if so, what are we going to? Will it be a big game, digital, free-to-play?".
Hayes goes on to confirm a reinvention of classic Sega IPs over the next 3 to 5 years, which will be available for "various platforms".
